2. Year-round public transport connecting the municipality, with more stops, longer servicehours, and free of charge for residents.

3. The Historic Centre of Teulada will be alive with an exciting plan that allows subsidizedhousing, supported renovations, the opening of shops, cultural programming, artisticfaçades, and the creation of a school for craftsmen.

4. “MorairArt” where we will transform streets such as C Almacenes, Juan XXII, C/ Dénia,Avenida del Portet, and other places into spaces where urban art is the protagonist.

5. A public housing park with fair rent for young people and families of the town without ahome and without the possibility of having one.

6. Promote ecotourism to guarantee quality tourism, respect for the environment, and zeroimpact on our natural ecosystems and the local population.

7. More municipal sports with a new sports center, more public facilities, and a greatercommitment to minority sports and local clubs.

8. Creation of an elderly care cooperative with the figure of a retired people’s monitor toaccompany and care for our elderly at home and in their leisure time.

9. Refurbishment of playgrounds with new furniture, shaded areas, public fountains, and newplaygrounds adapted for children with reduced mobility.

12. Unblock the Pla Edificant to finish the works of the San Vicente Ferrer and finally startthe works of the IES Teulada and Cap d’Or. As well as dignifying educational facilities such asthe conservatory, libraries, and 24-hour study rooms.
